Milk and Whiskey

¨Milk and Whiskey¨ show is specially produced for the evening hours with many references to modern poetry, songs lyrics, books and music records presentations.

RADIO PARTNERSHIPS

June 1987 – September 1988

I begun, at the start of free radio broadcasting in Greece,on Channel 1 Piraeus with the show ¨Records That Made History¨. The show presented  recording works from the area of international discography with historical retrospectives and presentations of musical trends that have shaped the course of modern music.

At the same time, a second show entitled ¨Just One Hour… to pass the time¨ with a light character and mixed repertoire, which was intended to entertain those who were returning at home from their work.

October 1988 – October 1989

Collaboration with SKY FM Radio at its beginning with the broadcasts ¨Musical Thunderstorm” and “Milk and Whiskey”.

¨Musical Thunderstorm¨ was a daily show based on good music. On Mondays I chose small news from the previous week, that differentiated from the usual everyday news, on Tuesdays I presented music history, on Wednesdays I played favorite songs chosen by the listeners, on Thursdays new recordings and on Fridays I played dance music.

¨Milk and Whiskey¨ was a show specially made for the evening hours with many references to modern poetry, songs lyrics, book presentations and discussion with the audience.

November 1989 – August 1990

Collaboration with Seven X FM radio on setting up and starting the
shows ¨Musical Thunderstorm¨ and ¨Milk and Whiskey¨.

September 1990 – August 1991

Return to SKY with the show ¨Milk and Whiskey¨.

July 1993

Produced and voiced the morning show on POP FM.

June 1997 – June 2003

Morning show on Capital 96.3 every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00 with lots of good music and the most interesting news of the week.

December 2015 – November 2020

“Milk and Whiskey” show on the web radio Moonshine Radio (www.moonshine.gr) every Sunday evening from 10:00 to 12:00.

December 2020 – May 2021

¨Milk and Whiskey¨ show on the web radio JukeBox Cafe Radio (www.jukebox-cafe.gr) every Sunday evening from 10:00 to 12:00.

June 2021 – September 2021

¨Milk and Whiskey¨ broadcasts every week on Mixcloud (https://www.mixcloud.com/dimitris-sigalos2/).

October 2021 – November 2021

¨Milk and Whiskey¨ show on the web radio Avopolis Radio (www.Avopolisradio.gr) every Tuesday evening 08:00 to 10:00.

December 2021 – Today
